i'm 20 years old and i've been roleplaying for about 7 years now. i write in third person storybook past tense. my responses can be of length but what i won't do is write you a novel of nonsense. i prefer writing in quality rather than quantity. i have examples if you need me to provide. as far as writing goes, i would much rather thread them out than do scenes on aim. i'm also up for random journal posts just to get comfortable if there's a need to. i take things like capitalization into consideration and if lowercase bothers you, let me know so i can keep my replies at your discretion. i do celeb occasionally but my forte has always been pb. i usually stick to psls but i do enjoy going into communities every once in awhile. for psls, i prefer threading in separate journals meaning both characters have their own respective journals. i usually write short term psls but i am willing to lengthen them if there's still interest between both writers. i prefer taking part in heterosexual storylines and playing the male but i don't mind playing the female either. i am a big fan of fluff, highschool/college, certain fandoms and lately i've been delving into more mature lines. during a scene where sex is to happen between characters (though i could thread them out) i would rather fade to black. i'm not picky about who i play but i do have preferences. those i usually play are found in the icons but i wouldn't mind suggestions as well. i love odd and unconventional pairings! if you want to request a line or whatnot, just leave a comment and suggestion for who you want me to use and i will get back to you with my suggestions and thoughts!
psls i'm looking to get filled. aside from the occasional fluff, i'm looking for lines that have anything to do with the movies "the princess diaries", "a walk to remember", "swimfan", "the notebook", "the girl next door", "10 things i hate about you" and "she's all that". i'd love anything based on the songs "anthems of a 17 year old girl" by broken social scene, "your ex-lover is dead" by stars, "the scientist" by coldplay, "in this diary" by the ataris, "the soco amaretto lime" by brand new, "hands down" and "as lovers go" by dashboard confessional and "konstantine" by something corporate. i'm also down for lines based around the premises of "gossip girl" and "the oc".
as for premade storylines, i'm thinking six ideas at the moment. one is a mature line on the premise of obsession at a high school. the second is a fluff idea about two people who are so perfect for each other but aren't legal in the eyes of their families specifically due to social status. the third one is a cliche summer roberts/seth cohen kind of line. the fourth is a mature line revolving around a risky and almost illegal (due to age) kind of romance between a high school girl and her boyfriend's older brother. the fifth storyline is something along the lines of an arranged marriage between the high school outcast and the high school queen bee and lastly, a line in which a successful young business man who is romantically unlucky hires an escort who turns out to be one of the most popular girls when they were in high school. i'd be willing to elaborate and discuss more if you're interested!
